Refund and Return Policy
At Berylcrafts, we strive to ensure that our customers are satisfied with their purchases. This Refund and Return Policy outlines the conditions under which returns and refunds are accepted and processed.
Returns
- Eligibility for Returns: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
- Return Period: You have 30 days from the date of receipt to return your item.
- Non-Returnable Items: Custom or personalized items, gift cards, and items marked as final sale cannot be returned.
Return Process
- Contact Us: Before returning an item, please contact our customer service team at berylcrafts@gmail.com to initiate the return process.
- Return Authorization: Once your return is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to send your item back to us.
- Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Refunds
- Inspection: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approval: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

Partial Refunds: There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):
- Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Exchanges
- Defective or Damaged Items: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same item, contact us at support@berylcrafts.com and send your item to the address provided in the return instructions.
Late or Missing Refunds
- Processing Time: If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
- Contacting Your Bank: Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Further Assistance: If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at berylcrafts@gmail.com.
Sale Items
- Refunds for Sale Items: Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Custom or Personalized Orders
- Non-Returnable: Custom or personalized orders cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive damaged or defective.
